We take utmost care at the time of manufacturing and packaging the products that have been ordered by you. It is our constant endeavour to provide a combination of quality products and customer service and wish that you are happy with the overall experience.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use: Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or products are out of stock.
Each order takes a minimum of 24 hours from the confirmation of order. Delivery durations depend on your location and type of shipping selected at check out.
Time duration for larger orders (Above 20 pcs) would take longer for delivery or pickup. The timelines would be confirmed depending on the quantity and the situation via email or phone call after the order is placed. Please provide your personal contact details correctly.
Standard Delivery for Mumbai and Domestic Orders will be shipped only between Monday to Saturday. .
Nivas Chocolate is not liable for any delays or damages caused by the courier / shipping provider.
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and / or the package is refused by the recipient.
As a retailer of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. If found to be the case, we will credit your purchase in the form of only store credit only. We will not be liable to entertain any complaint concerning any aspect of the received order that is not raised within 24 hours of delivery by us. Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept refund requests for products on the basis that the taste is simply not your liking.
All payments need to be issued through our payment gateway at check out. Your purchase is completed once payment has been received in full by us. Our prices include GST. Incase you require a bill with your GST details, Please email us the details along with your order number. Shipping costs will be added to the total amount at check out.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every request is treated as an individual case.
Republishing, selling, reproducing, duplicating, copying, redistributing content or material from Nivas Chocolate is prohibited. Unauthorised use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages or criminal offence.
Nivas Chocolate Pvt Ltd reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obliged to or so or to respond to you directly.
