Returns

Our refund policy is 48 hours only from the date and time of delivery in case of receiving a different or damaged item.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be intact. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories, free gifts id any and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not according to the policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@nivaschocolate.com and we will arrange for a pickup of the item from your address (pick up address would be same as your delivery address), in some cases the pickup service is not available and in this case buyer needs to self-ship the product to our office address, we will refund the shipping charges,the refundable amount will be on actual basis but must not exceed Rs.100.

Return Item Shipping

Our products are shipped within 24 hours to 3-4 Days using the following carriers: ShipRocket . To return your product register a " Return Request"by clicking here, in case if our pickup service is not available to your location you should mail your product to our office address. You will be refunded for shipping costs for returning your item which should not exceed to Rs.100/-. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Self-Return

If the Return Pick-up option is not available in your area or if you choose to return the item yourself, select Self-Return. Include the required return documentation with your package. You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice.
